It’s not artificial intelligence. It’s not business intelligence. It’s certainly not unplugged humans.
Your intellectual capital is every form of intelligence in your organization, working as one.
House of intelligenceIntelligence becomes true equity when it’s holistic: business intelligence that brings clarity in context, artificial intelligence with the transformative power to build the new world, and human intelligence that gives it purpose.
A power without precedent: tireless, faster than thought. On its own, it rarely builds anything lasting. Guided by human purpose and judgment, it can amplify what people can do.
Somewhere deep in your data, a truth is waiting in quiet patterns lost in the noise. With human judgment and machine together, the past can begin to reveal the future.
Every organization has a soul: people who hope, doubt and still show up. As machines take on productivity, the greater prize may be work that truly fulfills the people who do it.

Meet Kashif
I’ve built my career where the map runs out: open territory, where dreams shape the future and the bumps are just part of the terrain.
My mission is to relentlessly pursue intrinsic human fulfillment for the team, the customers and the stakeholders… in that order.

Sears & Kmart · Ecommerce at Scale | Aisle Rocket
Orchestrating millions of transactions across a national retailer's engine
This was ecommerce before automation. Across three national storefronts (Sears.com, Kmart.com and thegreatindoors.com), every product page, promotion, ad and email had to be produced, launched and tested by people. At that volume, the real prize was what the customer behavior flowing through it could teach.
As founder of Aisle Rocket's digital practice, I built and led a 200-person operation behind those storefronts. A Chattanooga content team managed 1.6 million SKUs from 3,500 vendors. A Chicago marketing team ran the promotional calendar for every category, refreshing about 600 ads every two weeks and producing thousands of banners, emails and campaign assets. On top of that engine I ran multivariate testing across every major department, from Toys and Jewelry to Appliances and Electronics, continuously optimizing messaging, offers and page structure.
Millions
Millions of transactions, worth millions of dollars, orchestrated across seasonal cycles and peak holiday demand, with hundreds of multivariate tests run against them. They covered every stage of the path to purchase and nearly every kind of product, from major appliances to consumables and toys. The result was a firsthand, empirical foundation in how shoppers actually respond to message, offer and page.
At scale, theory disappears and behavior becomes visible. That evidence, not opinion, is what intelligent systems should be built on.
