It’s not artificial intelligence. It’s not business intelligence. It’s certainly not unplugged humans.
Your intellectual capital is every form of intelligence in your organization, working as one.
House of intelligenceIntelligence becomes true equity when it’s holistic: business intelligence that brings clarity in context, artificial intelligence with the transformative power to build the new world, and human intelligence that gives it purpose.
A power without precedent: tireless, faster than thought. On its own, it rarely builds anything lasting. Guided by human purpose and judgment, it can amplify what people can do.
Somewhere deep in your data, a truth is waiting in quiet patterns lost in the noise. With human judgment and machine together, the past can begin to reveal the future.
Every organization has a soul: people who hope, doubt and still show up. As machines take on productivity, the greater prize may be work that truly fulfills the people who do it.

Meet Kashif
I’ve built my career where the map runs out: open territory, where dreams shape the future and the bumps are just part of the terrain.
My mission is to relentlessly pursue intrinsic human fulfillment for the team, the customers and the stakeholders… in that order.

Incubating a people-led AI transformation at DISH
DISH asked for an enterprise AI strategy. What they adopted was not a collection of use cases — it was a framework. The real task was never technology. It was carrying people across the business into one way of working.
Working directly with the Chief Digital Officer, I introduced and led the House of Intelligence: one roadmap aligning human, business and artificial intelligence. We brought leaders across people, data science and BI into an enterprise GenAI operating model, and proposed and incubated a GenAI Factory where ideas could come from anywhere and advance on real traction, not executive preference.
Adopted
DISH chose the framework on its merits and made it the organizing lens for prioritizing, governing and evaluating intelligence work. Inside that governed model it produced two proofs of concept: a generative AI companion for the smart home installation business, and a machine-learning model reading patterns in cellular usage data to surface underlying demand — built inside one system, not as scattered experiments.
“The House of Intelligence moves us beyond isolated Gen AI experiments and into a structured innovation framework. It gives the organization a scalable foundation to adapt and evolve with clarity.”
Transformation lasts when technology, institutional knowledge and human judgment sit inside one coherent system.
