It’s not artificial intelligence. It’s not business intelligence. It’s certainly not unplugged humans.
Your intellectual capital is every form of intelligence in your organization, working as one.
House of intelligenceIntelligence becomes true equity when it’s holistic: business intelligence that brings clarity in context, artificial intelligence with the transformative power to build the new world, and human intelligence that gives it purpose.
A power without precedent: tireless, faster than thought. On its own, it rarely builds anything lasting. Guided by human purpose and judgment, it can amplify what people can do.
Somewhere deep in your data, a truth is waiting in quiet patterns lost in the noise. With human judgment and machine together, the past can begin to reveal the future.
Every organization has a soul: people who hope, doubt and still show up. As machines take on productivity, the greater prize may be work that truly fulfills the people who do it.

Craftsman · Loyalty & Retention | Aisle Rocket
The $900M community of makers
Craftsman was one of America's most loved brands, with a near cult-level following, but Sears managed it as a retail category, not a brand. Later, retail channel conflict pushed to shut Craftsman.com down entirely.
I guided Sears to manage Craftsman as a brand and built Craftsman.com as a direct-to-consumer platform, with about 10,000 indexed product pages that preserved and scaled its search equity. We launched the Craftsman Club, a digital community for makers, woodworkers, metalworkers and loyal fans, and moved the brand beyond transactions into engagement-based loyalty. The Club rewarded use, not just purchase: owners of the connected smart mower earned loyalty points for running and maintaining it, so loyalty kept building through the long sales cycles of big-ticket tools. When the shutdown came, I advised preserving the .com and the brand ecosystem even if ecommerce had to pause. We rebuilt and migrated the full catalog in 45 days, protecting search authority, traffic and community data. I later helped articulate the value of Craftsman.com and the Club during acquisition discussions.
$900M
When Sears sold Craftsman to Stanley Black & Decker for $900 million, the core transferable assets were the brand name, Craftsman.com and the Craftsman Club. The loyalty data, engagement platform and protected search equity materially influenced enterprise value.
Loyalty, structured and protected, becomes balance-sheet equity.
