It’s not artificial intelligence. It’s not business intelligence. It’s certainly not unplugged humans.
Your intellectual capital is every form of intelligence in your organization, working as one.
House of intelligenceIntelligence becomes true equity when it’s holistic: business intelligence that brings clarity in context, artificial intelligence with the transformative power to build the new world, and human intelligence that gives it purpose.
A power without precedent: tireless, faster than thought. On its own, it rarely builds anything lasting. Guided by human purpose and judgment, it can amplify what people can do.
Somewhere deep in your data, a truth is waiting in quiet patterns lost in the noise. With human judgment and machine together, the past can begin to reveal the future.
Every organization has a soul: people who hope, doubt and still show up. As machines take on productivity, the greater prize may be work that truly fulfills the people who do it.

Meet Kashif
I’ve built my career where the map runs out: open territory, where dreams shape the future and the bumps are just part of the terrain.
My mission is to relentlessly pursue intrinsic human fulfillment for the team, the customers and the stakeholders… in that order.

Bushnell (Vista Outdoor) · Lean Agency Model | Aisle Rocket
The operating model behind Bushnell's golden era of ecommerce
The traditional agency model, with account managers relaying requests and layers between the client and the people doing the work, carried Madison Avenue's inertia into a world that had gone agile and collaborative. Bushnell wanted a different relationship: not transactional, not layered, not gatekept.
Inspired by Eric Ries's Lean Startup, I disrupted our own operating model and adapted its principles and tools to how an agency works with a client. Short build, measure, learn cycles put the client inside the loop, and MVPs, validated learning, innovation accounting and pivot-or-persevere decisions became the regular rhythm of the ecommerce operation on Bushnell.com and BushnellGolf.com. To make that work, we removed the account-management layer, embedded scrum masters and product managers, ran the work in sprints and made every conversation and internal process visible to the client. A retainer structure let us hire and nurture the team inside our creative culture while Bushnell set day-to-day priorities directly.
Golden era
Within the first year, Bushnell.com and the brand's sites flourished and ecommerce grew. Iteration sped up, creative energy rose, and the work became a multi-year, multimillion-dollar partnership. David Barth, Bushnell's head of ecommerce, later called it the golden era of their ecommerce.
Operating models carry inertia. Reinventing yours for how work actually happens now is how you earn a client's best years.
