# Mauj

> Mauj (mauj.ai) is the independent AI transformation practice of Kashif Zaman, based in Chicago. It helps leadership teams compose artificial intelligence, business intelligence and human intelligence into one system, the House of Intelligence, so the intelligence an organization already holds compounds into equity.

Mauj is a solo advisory practice led by Kashif Zaman, who brings in specialist partners where the work needs them. Case studies come from his leadership roles at Confiz (SVP, Enterprise AI), Uptok (founder and CEO) and Aisle Rocket (Chief Vision Officer).
